康奈尔大学（Cornell University）是一所位于美国纽约州伊萨卡的私立研究型大学，另有两所分校位于纽约市曼哈顿和卡塔尔教育城，是美洲大学协会的十二个创会成员之一，及NCAA体育赛事联盟常春藤盟校的成员。康奈尔大学由埃兹拉·康乃尔和安德鲁·迪克森·怀特于1865年所建立，为八个常春藤盟校中唯一一所在美国独立战争后创办的。
一、项目介绍
康奈尔的 MPS管理硕士项目由Dyson应用经济与管理学院提供，隶属于SC Johnson商学院，授予的是职业硕士学位(Master of Professional Studies,MPS)。这个学位不同于研究型硕士(MS)有点类似于国内的“专硕”概念。项目时长为两学期，从每年8月底开始，到次年5月底结束。需要特别注意的是，该项目不允许延长学制，但是同意学生中途 gap.
二、Prerequisite要求
MPS管理硕士项目对本科先修课程有明确要求：
(1) 财务会计(Financial Accounting)
(2) 金融学(Finance)
(3) 经济学(Economics)
(4) 市场营销(Marketing)
(5) 管理学(Management)
(6) 统计学(Statistics)
(7) 中级会计I (Intermediate Accounting l,针对会计方向)
缺少1-2门课程的话基本不会影响录取，但如果缺少超过2门课程，录取的难度大幅增加。
三、四轮申请DDL：
第一轮：12月1日
第二轮：1月15日
第三轮：3月1日
第四轮：4月15日
建议前两轮就申请，越往后期录取概率越小，标化考试更偏好GMAT成绩，但也接受GRE。
